All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order placement. Any promotional offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. Payment must be received in full before orders are dispatched.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen delivery method. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition. For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daily Coffee Beauty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
